Terms of Service

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.
• Choose a display name that is not impersonating another person, offensive, or misleading. We may reset names that violate this rule.
• Avatar images you upload must be your own or appropriately licensed, and must not contain illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
• One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

Acceptable gameplay

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, modified clients, or any automation to play levels or post scores.
• Submit fabricated scores, exploit bugs to inflate your rank, or otherwise tamper with the leaderboard.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or assets beyond what is delivered to your browser for normal play.
• Probe, scan, or attempt to overload the service, the backend, or other players.
• Harass other players or use the display name / avatar / shareable card features to distribute prohibited content.

We may, at our discretion, remove individual scores, reset display names, suspend accounts, or permanently ban players who violate these rules.

Leaderboards and shared content

By playing, you grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to display your display name, avatar, pilot rank, and aggregated score data on public leaderboards and within shareable pilot cards generated by the Game.

Service availability

The Game is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features (including levels, ranks, and scoring rules) at any time. We do not guarantee that scores or accounts will be preserved indefinitely.

Intellectual property

The FinalApproach name, artwork, code, level designs, and rank insignia are owned by us. You may share screenshots and the pilot card image for personal, non‑commercial promotion of your gameplay; all other use requires prior written permission.

Termination

You may stop using the Game and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

Disclaimer and liability

FinalApproach is a game and is not real air‑traffic control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Game evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
